Nutrition counselling

Welcome. I am so glad that you are here.

Do you want to eat more consciously and compassionately, for yourself, or for other humans, other animals, or the planet? If yes, then you’re in the right place.

What does conscious and compassionate eating actually mean, I hear you ask? Well, to me it’s thinking about what you put into your mouth in order to be kind to yourself (and yes, that involves feeding yourself chocolate sometimes) and to the world around you. I believe in empowering people to nurture themselves, and to create positive external influence through small everyday choices.

Let’s let go of the rigid food rules and be gentler with ourselves. Let’s honour our beautiful bodies by eating intuitively and giving them the appreciation they deserve. Let’s feel more connected to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
